Whether you want to book conference facilities, allocate hotel rooms or organise catering or audio visual equipment, ConferencePro is a fully integrated web-based application aimed at providers of conference facilities and hotels of any size.

ConferencePro simplifies the tasks of providing conference facilities by centralising them. A single web interface can be used to:

  • Book Rooms.
  • Book Resources.
  • Display an up-to-date Calendar of bookings and allocations.
  • Producte graphical analysis of trends.
  • Schedule meetings and organise facilities.

The same database is used to store all of the information that is used for a custmer-facing site. This allows clients to monitor their account and booking details.

ConferencePro has been designed to be intuitive and easy to use.
