Security Framework
Security is of the highest importance to us.

ProWeb allows you to control who has access to what modules, and the funcionality within those modules.

Users are split into user groups, and all permission based functionality is driven.

If you want to stop a user from viewing customers – just disable the option from that user group! If you want your customers to be able to log into your system, but only have access to the forums – just create a new user group with access to the forums, and away they go!

You are in control of your system.

An essential part of business is managing what your staff are doing.

With timesheets in ProWeb, projects can be set up against companies, and time logged to a project against a specific type of task.

Timesheet Views then give administrators the ability to view what staff have been doing, or time spent on a specific project.   This can then be seen on screen, or a reports run to produce a view of what has been happening.

Managing your store effectively means more time for selling!

ProWeb makes product management simple and effective so that you can control your products prices easily, and keep track of what has happened in the past.

ProWeb provides other essential store management functionality, such as Stock Taking.
